      Nice office, good facilities, free breakfast and lunch. Senior leadership is open-minded Decent compensation

      Cons

      Strategic plans are not clear. The competencies and skills between colleagues have a big variance. Not a good place to do research or serious work. More product oriented but there is no professional product or marketing team.
