      there is alot of positive points over here to be honest, allowances and benefits are great, also listening to the employee's projects idea and the quick decisions to adapt is also great. there are alot of events conferences that TII is contributing in which makes strong presence at major conferences and technology events

      Pros

      Working at TII since 2020 and it has been incredibly rewarding experience. The Working environment is dynamic and inclusive. Management is very supportive and genuinely care about the employees. In addition to the great culture, TII offers competitive salaries and benefits compare to national and international companies. Overall, I feel appreciated, challenged and motivated everyday.
