      Depending on luck you may be allocated to a good project job security Whatever the CTC promised you will get . No hidden / cheating if you are looking for onsite opprt tcs is the best place. But that too depends on the luck. All will not get .......

      managers are not good old policies slow process . getting promotion - hikes is very slow Its ok for average people. not good for good performers

      Pros

      A very stable organisation and full of technical experts. I see they have more hands on experience comparing with other consultancy firms.

      Cons

      I don't see any downsides however I am not in favour of long process of interviewing. Employees are not available for multiple rounds of interviews.
