      I wonder why they rated it one of the best places to work in IT

      If you are Indian is a good opportunity to leave the country or have a well paid job, access to online books books24x7, reimbursal of IT certification, prestige

      Cons

      No support for consultants working on client-site, failure to provide required reference documents, lack of communication, failure to perform job performance evaluation and corresponding pay rise as promised, failure to pay on time for employment benefits, lack of support to improve skills for employees even when the skills are needed to perform the job

      Pros

      -Great values and empathy shown towards employees -Great flexibility to choose the right kind of work that we are interested in -Plenty of opportunity to go to onsite and work at client locations -Good brand name

      Cons

      -Pay not on par with the competitors -Some of the senior management are not competent in terms of their jobs. They try to somehow survive in the organization -HR is not competent though it is a huge department -Some of the recent hires are not upto standards. They are going for mass recruitment and the quality clearly is suffering

      Brand name. Good exposure for young professionals. A democratic institution -with democratic processes in place-atleast on paper.

      Cons

      Too much focus on cutting costs. too beaureaucratic...no growth opportunities.too much of office politics.
