      Sit idle all day along. No one will disturb. Flexible working hours. Good in house portal. Knowledge sharing activities. Place to retire.

      Cons

      The list can go on and on and on. Poor performance management. No career planning activities. Too many trainees. Poor HR-employee ratio. Hopeless promotion policy. Pathetic annual appraisal. etc.. etc..

      Pros

      some time into the projects, any associate gets International exposure either in the form of interaction with customers or travel to sites located world over.

      Cons

      The company is highly bureaucratic and has become too huge to manage itself. Recent verticalization of the Business units has caused a lot of problems and it is now difficult to move from one industry project (Banking) to another (Insurance) although the technologies you work on may be the same
