Pros

Work with ever changing cool new technologies that will add value to your resume for your next job, as soon as you realize Target is not the place you want to stick too long.

Cons

No work/life balance. Too much finger pointing. Lack of respect for each other. Fine prints everywhere, designed to rob you, your hard earned money.
