Pros

Good salary, have only worked for a few months. From what I understand from other employees, the ability to rise quickly and be noticed by senior management is very do-able and has proven to be motivation to work hard and do well. Enjoy the 10% discount at Target. I am from the east coast and went to school at the University of Wisconsin so it was nice to stay in the midwest. Overall I have enjoyed my experience thus far and look forward to updating my review when I have actually worked at the company.

Cons

Nice discount, Minneapolis is a great city. People are warm and welcoming.

Pros

The culture. Management really makes an effort to make it fun and to maintain work/life balance. The company is also very socially conscious. Before budgets got tight due to the lousy economy, we'd do really fun things like have spontaneous ice cream breaks or the entire VP group would go to a theater to watch a movie with free drinks and snacks.

Cons

It's retail, so the benefits aren't as good as they would be at IT companies. You only get 3 weeks vacation.
