Good place to work

Pros

You can be trained to work in several different areas of the store. There are promotional opportunities and management is typically able to work with you on your schedule. Good benefits, good discount. Clean store, good mission statement.

Cons

Some specialty departments can wind up understaffed and people may be put in those areas to work and don't know what they are doing (Starbucks, Food Court). You must have a college degree to move into a management position. (Executive Team Lead). This is not really a con, just was not a good thing for me when I worked there because I did not have my degree yet.

Pros

This is a pretty good place to work. Great hours, great benefits and they really work on your develpment.

Cons

The amount of weight they place on there best team survey. Gives Team Members way to much power.
