Pros

Good on-site training is provided. Employee discount is nice. Flexible scheduling was often available. Opportunity to learn about different areas of the store if desired.

Cons

Leadership outside immediate silo was often unaware of business processes, leading to unnecessary frustration for both parties. Advancement is slow.

Pros

Flexible hours, meet good people, can relocate to other locations if moving, 1st shift, 2nd shift and 3rd shift for people looking to work all day

Cons

Management talks down to employees, low pay raises, little to no advancement, yearly raises so if you receive a 10 cent raise you have to wait another year for increased pay.

Pros

Helpful with your development. They try really hard to give you the tools to succeed. The people in the management level are all very positive and nice to work with.

Cons

Its retail, I mean its obvious. A lot of the time is spent doing monotonous tasks for long periods of time even at the management level. It can be mentally tiring.
