Pros

Great people (friendly, energized, caring); socially conscious company; great benefits (401k + match, counseling, affordable health insurance)

Cons

Meeting & email overload (~20 meetings/wk, 100+ emails/day); many competing stakeholders that demand your time; promotions occur on Target's timetable, not yours; meager salary

Pros

Autonomy, ownership of your business and if you’re with a trusting BU, you will be able to really drive strategy and change within the business. Really cool to see your efforts impact a business.

Cons

Covid challenges have only exhausted inventory management teams across Target and although some raises have come through, most of us are working 50+ hour weeks and not compensated fairly. Also can be challenging if you’re not on a good / trusting team.
