Target is big on being part of a TEAM and always caring about their guests.

Cons

There isn't always full time work. If you like part time this is a great choice for you

Pros

You will have half days sometimes you will only go in for three hours after working a whole week of 7 in a half hour shifts

Cons

Are usually alone on one side when doing truck there will be three people on one side and just you by yourself wondering why you can’t have help

Pros

Sometimes you get bonuses (varied from $200-$500) 10% off discount ETL thinks Target is life so you can not call out.

Cons

If they are short staffed, they will overwork you. ETL is not very good at making schedules. Some team leads will talk to you any type of way when they do no work.
