Pros

-work as a team on unloading and then work individually stocking shelves -usually done in the early afternoon at the latest, so fewer customer interactions -friendly team and staff -decent pay

Cons

-hours can be weird. overnights, early mornings -while better than retail, it is still retail. hard to take time off during holiday season. -hours fluctuate throughout the year. overtime available during holiday season, but hours are usually tight right after -customers can sometimes be difficult or make your work more difficult
