Pros

I like working for Target. The pay is great and they often reward their employees with paid time off and they pay during COVID illness even if you are part-time or seasonal. My store often celebrates employees with food in the break room and someone writes encouraging messages every day on the white board. Overall, it’s a good place to work!

Cons

The job can be draining… but what job isn’t. You are often moving and lifting, so be prepared for wearing out shoes quickly!

Pros

At least you are earning money.

Cons

Management is terrible, toxic, aggressive. Will blame other employees for their shortcomings.
