Pros

Nice breaks, great management, good hours

Cons

Out of your three breaks in a shift your one half hour is non paid, lazy employees, holiday madness (but you get that at most places)

Pros

The pay at Target is great. The employees are friendly

Cons

The distribution center is a very physical job. As a seasonal employee they put me in a department. I could have more beneficial to the company if I was in a position where my skills were utilized more. Instead I was put in a position that required more physical work than I am capable of.
