Pros

HR very responsive. Store is clean & well lit. Company is welcoming.

Cons

Toxic/ incompetent Inbound leads. Predominately lead by young females still living at home with parents. I believe the managers get promoted based on seniority. Many of the leads are lacking in competency. Inbound leads more focused on making friends with employees than leading by example. Slightly toxic place to work with little pay increase even after yearly reviews. HR is the only competent leader in my opinion. All of inbound department leads do little for inbound employees, friends of leads get more hours & if you’re not friends with Them you get verbally abused. Company over all is great but this department leadership needs a lot of work
