Pros

Being night shift, you have less overhead and can work without being burdened with constant criticism. Team leads are very understanding people for my location.

Cons

If day shift is understaffed or suffering, it will cause horrendous back ups for night shift. Attendance for employees is lacking. There needs to be more hands on deck.
