Pros

They've worked with my schedule as a college student. I can go back to school and then come back and work during breaks. I was able to work essentially whatever hours I wanted and where I wanted. I normally worked the 4AM-12:30 shift, but when holidays come around I will work overnights.

Cons

At least in my store, there was a high turnover of team leads, executive team leads, and even store directors. It is hard to find other people that work as hard as I do, so you end up feeling as if you're doing a lot of the work yourself.

Pros

Fewer customer interactions, pretty consistent scheduling, plenty of hours if you want them, fairly flexible scheduling that respects requested hours

Cons

Difficult underpaid physical labor, ridiculous push times, poor management is rarely addressed
