Pros

Honestly, I can't think of anything. I've heard it really depends on your location and who is in charge of the specific stores. Some people have had experiences much better than mine.

Cons

-Was recruited during a hiring fair and would not pay more than the minimum wage, despite extensive customer service experience. - We were ranked on how well we could sell red cards to people, literally. They ranked us with our names on a chart in order of who was able to sell the most. The folks at the bottom were fired. - I received minimal training and would get pulled by managers to go work in other areas I was not trained for, then I was talked down to for not knowing how to do the task (the task I was not trained to do). - The discount SUCKS, it was only 10% off - The entire time I was there, myself nor the folks I was hired with ever got a proper ID to properly scan into employee only areas and always had to have another longstanding employee open the door for us which made some of us "tardy" on our time cards even if we were on time because we would have to be standing outside the door waiting on other employees - There were times I had issues logging into their employee server and couldn't get help to log in so I was unable to change my availability - I had a manger breathing down my neck to increase the amount of redcards I had people sign up for. She instructed me to asked everyone three times to sign up. She literally would stand 10 feet away from me looking at me to make sure I was asking everyone three times. Because of this, I had many customers who would get very angry because they had already said no to my request the first time. - On my last day there, I worked my normal shift and a manager came and turned my light of and told me to go to the managers office where the promptly fired me. The remarked I was great at the job and had amazing customer service skills but just didn't "fit in" at the store.
