Pros

- The ability to transfer departments - Basically Unlimited overtime at smaller stores - Fast Promotion track for AP and good workers in smaller stores - Schedule Flexibility - You will get fit if you are a hard worker

Cons

- Slow promotion rate for managers in bigger stores - Target will overuse and push their good workers and refuse to make lazy workers do anything - You will get singled out as a good worker and be expected to do twice as much as everyone else for the same amount of pay - Managers in small stores are given unrealistic quotas to meet with limited staff
