We’re very sorry to hear if your experience was anything less than pleasant. We always do our best to support our consultants on the client site and at Talan, with personalized coaching when needed. Career development is fully part of all one-on-one meetings. One thing that sets Talan apart as a Consulting company is that our projects are usually long term – from 6 months to 2 years, with no constant change unless requested by the consultant. This is something that we are proud of, as it shows that both our employees and clients want to renew ongoing projects. Once a contract ends, our employees would stay on with Talan, as full-time employees (with full salary and benefits) working from the office until we find the next project for them. Our PTO process goes through a simple step by step internal internet platform or phone app. Emails are required when asking for exceptional personal leave, indeed.
