      Hyper growth, strong product, humble employees. Collaborative environment, great benefits, nerdy in the best kind of way. Equity. Smart leadership, Semi flat organization. Upward mobility.

      Co workers are really helpful. Very flexible to employee requirements and the ability to work from home.

      Cons

      At times you're not sure where you are. Some managers are either too hands on or not enough. But they are available whenever you need if you do. Staff retention seems to be a problem
