+ Lots of avenues for improvement if you are willing to move around. + More flexibility than you might expect. + Management generally wants to work with you as a person. + Interesting engagements happening often.

Cons

- Business feels "scattered" at times where many people are handling many things and follow-through gets lost sometimes. - Pay is good for hiring qualifications, but unfortunately, that drags down better employees from making their worth.
