Pros

It was a job that provided a paycheck.

Cons

I felt like a child. You could only take a bathroom break if you raise your hand and ask. You are super micromanaged.

For the account I am on I work 4- 10 hr shifts and have 3 days off.

Cons

The benefits could be better with more options. There should be more compensation for the amount of work we have to do.
