Pros

friendly environment opportunities to move forward in your career friendly environment fun at work Didn't saw any office politics when I was there The upper management was readily available for any one on one talk Good working conditions

Cons

6 day work, atleast in the account that I was working. Working as a Techincal support executive you need atleast 2 days off in a week.

Good co-workers, nice atmosphere, guaranteed hours

Cons

Pay is a bit low for the work being performed. Training was not as helpful as it should be.

Pros

The employee benefits are really good. Good for doing a part-time job. You will get hired with even the most minimal requirements. The people you have to work with on Operations are quite decent.

Cons

A lot of unnecessary grief is given if you need vacations, or a leave of absence. Incompetent supervisors. HR department that doesn't care about employees. Quitting the job is an overcomplicated mess, with Human Resources threatening with not allowing you to re-apply. Half of the benefit package only applies after six months.
