Pros

Temperature is good an a cafe on site, and a Costa's. You'll be working for Barclay's so not too bad with knowledge aspect.

Cons

Out of the 4 weeks of training we actually got taught what our job was and the information needed for 4 days due to poor organisation. When I discussed this with trainer I got told I didn't get paid enough to have concerns. Rest of it you are in a go live period where you are on the phone with supposed people walking around helping. Pay is crap to the work that you do and breaks are outright ridiculous. Managers sometimes try to help but most of the time act like you are a hindrance. This company does fail on basic security for example not complying with fsa requirements.

Pros

Work sitting down Free merchandise from Ann Taylor Loft project as incentives,Good hours unless it's slow. Fun time really. There are 20 words here

Cons

Transportation to the Dublin building and the Farmer's building confusing. So many people working there easy to get lost in the shuffle.

Answer inbound calls from Blue Cross Blue Sheild members, process payments, explain members policies, fax confidential info to members, file claims

Cons

Supervisors was unprofessional an the call center was unorganized
