      Pros

      Working Chats instead of calls makes this the easiest and most fun call center jobs I've ever had! People are always available to help and they really promote a positive atmosphere inside the workplace!

      Cons

      Customer Service in general can be very trying on ones patience, and it can be difficult to get the commission they promise in training.

      Pros

      There is a lot of help for questions that you might have, along with a very lenient attendance policy.

      Cons

      I wish the pay were a little higher considering that the vendor we work for pays their core centers about $3.50-4.00 more per hour for the same work.

      Pros

      long hours no credit for good job done low pay no raises can't take your paid time off so you lose it management demands that you work overtime but not them and won't and can't help out on floor when needed old out of date systems and computers and telephones

      Cons

      lousey management will not accommodate disabled veterans hr personal don't care about anybody but themselves noisy workplace stressful workplace and will try to fire you with no reason
