      Some of the colleagues are extremely friendly and up to help.

      Literally everything else. The training is horrific and might as well be non existent. The training provided for the DWP campaign was HORRIFIC to say the least. All of the material within the training had nothing to do with the specific role and campaign you would be working in. We had people in our group leave at the end of our weeks worth of training as the training was not sufficient enough to do the role. The so called management team refused to provide any more training to agents. For people who thought they would be good enough to take on a government campaign, you sure did mess up from day 1. On top of all of that, you don’t get paid nearly enough for the stuff you have to put up with from other colleagues and members of the public.

      our luck that we are left to ourselves whether Supervisors according to TOPS program should devote 20% of the time to administrative tasks and 80% to agents in the netflix project at the moment it is 99.99 for administrative tasks and only 1% dedicated to all agents together

      unworthy administration. scandalous management HR taking months to respond to tickets non-existent supervisors absurd Netflix project times miserable pay

      Good for a little while

      Nice starting pay if you’re inexperienced, can work fully remote and they provide necessary equipment

      Cons

      Last minute schedule for next week which can result working afternoon and morning the next day. 3,6 or 9 month contracts only. If you get a bad review it will affect your bonus performance even if it’s a missclick From customer’s side or was completely uncalled for. Also getting a promotion means you get to work more for the same pay. You just get to access more bonus which is difficult to achieve.
