Pros

-They will hire you no matter what,very low standards -get free direct tv service if you can stand it long enough

Cons

-its a giant playground -management is significantly incompetent -training is ok but the pay minimum wage -no one shows up for work -system does not retain valid information

Pay would fair since location is near my residence Recruitment process is literal one day Work place is ok Amenities and equipments provided to employees are ok

Cons

Once employed as an agent you will be on contractual co-terminus with the program Senior Management is incompetent in hearing out suggestions and feedbacks Supervisors are does not have the decision-making skills always referring to senior management You will never get the chance to get a raise proportion to your experience and skills
