      Fantastic team, great, supportive company to work for

      Pros

      Flexible working, opportunities to grow and learn are encouraged, the employee's health (mental and physical) are supported in many ways, when problems arise they really do try to solve it for everyone's benefit. The managers listen to their employees for feedback. Frequent praises from higher up the management to individual employees - you really do feel valued here. The workload used to be very high the past years, but this has been remedied and it is less stressful. It makes working for this company a joy. You are encouraged to further your career within the company, there is ample training opportunities.

      Can't think of anything - it's an all around good company to work for.

      While this company offers a dynamic and rewarding environment, it's important to note that the compensation may not be competitive. Additionally, during my one-year employment, there was a high turnover of employees, with approximately 50% of the team leaving. This high turnover could be attributed to factors such as low compensation and high workload.
