      Working for TMF for more than 10 years now. Lots of things have changed during that period.

      Pros

      - people : colleagues are generally nice and competent. Friendly atmosphere. - range of customers is large. Lots of different industries, international environment. - balance of work/personal life is ok.

      Cons

      - salary is not attractive compared to same position in other companies. - no benefit or bonus. - no real recognition. - high turnover of staff linked to the above

      Good work - life balance. Some teams better than others.

      Cons

      Team and inter-team politics No culture and values practical examples from top. Unprofessional managers - Just managing for top management not leading as explaining. no consideration for employees Undue favoritism - in the team based on lot of factors which are unprofessional Time sheet changeability causing stress and overcharging to clients Less emphasis on trainings No stress on employee motivation Job burnout Less promotion prospects - as undue favoritism plays its part No bonus
