We provide communication channels for everyone to share their input on what we can do better – all of these inputs are taken into account and relayed to the management for us to action. We have also launched internal initiatives supporting merit-based career progressions and encourages internal mobility to the many career roles we have to offer.

Nice colleagues, and a nice office and work environment.

Cons

No bonuses. Very high staff turnover due in part to that, and in part due to lack of benefits, and long hours.
