Coworkers were all friendly and approachable Flexible benefits plan

Cons

Company was CHEAP (broken office chairs, office supplies never properly stocked, etc.) Management wasn't very personal and extremely numbers driven Not a lot of room for growth or professional development Nothing exciting about the job Not a lot of communication - fumbled around in the dark and trying to figure out what exactly my job was!
