Cons

Too much forced overtime. Will force you to work overtime when you have been off due to vacation and scheduled days off, won’t call you to inform you untill you don’t show up. Horrible culture. Lots of small groups that talk only to each other.

The people are great to work and they are a successful business that always makes money for their shareholders. Work is steady.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement and the pay is definitely on the low end for the industry. I have rarely had an increase in pay no matter what I do or how good my reviews are. Management wants you to apply for positions. Nobody ever comes to me about moving up. Would be great to feel appreciated.
