      Pros

      They are a good company to start with. They motivate and work with you to reach your goals, as long as they too share those goals. Follow the rules and you are fine.

      Cons

      Movement from one department to another is difficult. Hours shifts a lot which is hard with families.

      Pros

      I'm amazed at the breadth of products and services that TC Transcontinental offers. You really have to be either a competitor or a client to know what TC does. Even then, you wouldn't know how huge and diverse this company is. Only when I started working at TC that I realized the gigantic footprint of the company in Canada. Workwise, I really like the culture and management. The people are smart and sharp. I feel challenged everyday and I'm learning so much.

      Cons

      I'm surprised that many people don't know the company that well despite all the brands we own and the services we provide. Understandably TC is mostly B2B and not B2C. I find I have to explain to friends, family and acquaintance what TC does. I don't mind though, I'm proud of working at TC.

      Pros

      The IT team members are nice poeple, even if not always able to face the challenges

      Cons

      Very bad decisions about team management, ways to work, IT technologies. Always very late on any aspect of websites development. No formations, or very few with contracts to sign that may you stay for a minimum of 6 months. Very heavy protocol that doesn't really face reality in most cases.
