Good people, which is the only reason I'm still here.

Cons

They over pay people who couldn't even find another job in the field in which they work and completely ignore people who can easily leave and are in high demand jobs. Nepotism is beyond belief here. Bindery team leads make over 40 an hour which is more than double industry standards. The people making 40 an hour are also too incompetent to basic things like production scheduling so they put it off on people who make far less.

Pros

The people are great to work and they are a successful business that always makes money for their shareholders. Work is steady.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement and the pay is definitely on the low end for the industry. I have rarely had an increase in pay no matter what I do or how good my reviews are. Management wants you to apply for positions. Nobody ever comes to me about moving up. Would be great to feel appreciated.
