      IT is trying to make some major changes to transform from Agile.

      Cons

      Very slow changes, lower than average pay for the type of cross functional work that is being expected.

      Pros

      people are nice to work with. IT has a slow pace. They pay relatively fair rate. Good place for counsulting people, not very pushing.

      Cons

      Incentive plan is not attractive, that is probably why the working pace is slow. Mid-level management need to focus on actual work, not always focus on flattering your boss.
