Pros

Stable work, overtime is regular and never questioned. You will gross six-figures here - or close to it, but will earn every penny and more. Lots of valuable long term benefits to participate in for those looking to make a career at Sysco. The physicality of the job will keep you fit, or get you fit in a hurry.

Cons

65-70 hour week means work/life balance is basically zilch. The line between bodily fitness and strain is a fine one, so being careful and pacing yourself is key. The quality with which the warehouse prepares the loads can be inconsistent, and some of the equipment could be better maintained.
