      Great company great operational and sales leadership.

      Cons

      Just too woke for me. It seems like Sysco is following the lead of so many other corporations. There just doesn't seem to be a home for traditional values anymore. Most are afraid to share their opinions if they don't agree with the "values" of the company.

      It’s fair pay. There is no magic to this company. Working for them is okay. Doing business with them is not recommended

      Cons

      It’s all about the stock price.

      Very Long Days

      Pros

      Pay is good but you don't have any time to enjoy it.

      Cons

      Don't find out if your working the next day till sometime between 6:30 and 8pm the night before. Often have routes that are longer then Hours of Service allow even with local exemptions. Then having the next route start before your clock can reset. If you enjoy working nonstop this is for you.
