Pros

Product assortment and product specialists are good. There's good DSM's and upper management, but most somehow accept the terrible situation.

Cons

In Atlanta the situation is just horrible. Operations management and the union will work against you to ensure that for any account brought on, two will leave entirely due to late deliveries and operations issues. All you hear is "open new business" from management but it is very difficult to convince a new customer to accept an afternoon delivery window that still won't be honored half the time. Who is ok with 8pm deliveries? Major comp change in FY25 took 10-15% of the paycheck away. DSMs and DLS's are forced to assign all the inherited accounts to new SC's . Plenty of SC's have left and there's lots of lost street accounts, so no one new is going to make much money. There's no concrete plan to fix the operations issues and management will always just try to sugarcoat it.
