Overworked, endless OT

Pros

OT = $$$$$ (if you don’t mind being their slave) Good benefits with no out of pocket charge

Cons

Mandatory OT Overworked Sometimes you end up having to layover, but you don’t get paid for that time spent away from your family and your bed. You become their slave Routers don’t know what they are doing FAVORITISMS

Meet great people, good benifits

Cons

No 401k match, cant get time off, management that tries to run a 24 hr a day operation on a 9 to 5 schedule. Management that tells you everything you are doing wrong and could not do my job im there life depends on it
