Pros

Gained experience handling high call volumes and problem-solving under pressure Exposure to the food distribution/retail logistics industry Opportunities to learn resilience in a fast-paced environment

Cons

Extremely high call volume (80+ calls/day) with only 15 seconds after-call work allowed Only one raise in 2.5 years, and it was just a few cents Required to work on holidays, with schedules changed last minute (even Christmas Eve) Delivery issues difficult to resolve due to warehouses/dispatch not answering or hanging up Frequent warehouse protests and driver shortages created constant customer complaints Overall disorganized environment with little support for employees
