Pros

None at all. It is just hard work with no reward

Cons

Trailers are built terribly. You complain to the hub but nothing will happen. You work harder then you have every worked and more hours then you have ever worked. It is an unfair terrible job and you are constantly told to just suck it up

Good money if you can get the hours

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you at all, one mistake and you’re gone, getting your hours is like a roller coaster and VERY INCONSISTENT…they will tell you to report to work and then tell you to go home if not needed this happened on several occasions very annoying to get up at 5am for work and they send you home. And you will not be compensated for the time spent getting to work and not working that day. And if you have a significant other you won’t see them often you will get back late and go straight to bed to get up again to do the same thing
