Pros

Unlimited earning potential. You create your own schedule. Very flexible. The company really invests into you. Industry leader with a lot of resources to support you and your customers

Cons

Can be over trained from time to time. Shrinking margins due to competitive markets is leading to smaller commission, but added pressure. Pay structure is not reflecting evolving market.

Pros

You have the opportunity to move around to learn more about other teams and commute is great.

Cons

Managers whether good or bad can influence your growth opportunity. They promote managers without providing them with the skills of a manager. Promotions are based on “if I like you” not “can you perform the job”. Lack of diversity has help drive this environment. Refer to the board of directors...until there is change there it will never foster downward.

Pros

Traditional work setting Pay comes on time Relatively okay pay

Cons

When I got hired they did not have any job procedures and barely explained to my how to do anything leading me to have to figure out most things by myself. When an error occurs the office turns into clue in order to figure out who to place the blame on. It is a discouraging environment and there inst much of a learning curve, people claim to be there to offer help in office procedures but when you go to ask you can feel and hear the irritation of having to help you.
