Pros

Good people and interesting work. Houston is warm in the winter. Houston is very hot in the summer

Cons

Be careful you might be outsourced to India. Hard work does not seem to pay off for long-time employees. Worked many 24+ hour days and all it got me is unemployed.

Depending on boss, you make your schedule and just go get business

Cons

You’re a number. They expect numbers but will not listen to the roadblocks that are put in your way. You’ll work 6 days/week always and be expected to put in long days. Quality of life is poor and management doesn’t care, adding extra jobs while they’re off on weekends. Expect to work 60+ hours and always be asked for more. Nothing will ever be good enough
