Pros

This job will make you loose weight and in shape. So, if you're in for the long haul you gotta have little distraction to none and more room for self improvement physically, mentally, and a purpose everyday. It'll feel at times that it is draining you but if you look on the bright side it pays good for what you are looking for.

Cons

Can be long hours of work 10+ Can be swapped to different temperature on same day from -0 to 100 degrees (frozen - grocery area) so will have to have a strong mindset and health care towards this role as a order picker.

Pros

Great company with great benefits

Cons

The total potential income of a dsm is lower than the total potential income of a level 4 ssles rep. Every mamager oversees and is responsible for a team of eight sales reps. It does not make any sense.

Pros

None do not value workers

Cons

Anytime you have an employee come in on a paid Holiday, only to be sent home! Tells me you do not value or have respect for your employees! You ruin employees time with family.
