Cons

Everything. This job is killing all of us. I don't even know where to start. If you want to work here be ready to break your body and be frustrated all day. Management does nothing, Warehouse are all toddlers. Nothing is organized. Nothing is put together. They pile everything out of order. It's horrible, I'm scared for my body but the money is why we stay.

Pros

For the most part, as long as your territory is consistently growing, you will be very well compensated.

Cons

Downside to working with Sysco is the toxic work environment. I witnessed management talk down on different cultures that were not like them. Loads of admin to keep up with, along with also being in the field speaking with your customers. The operations & transportation of the company mostly perform poorly, which can also cause you to lose customers. The training system in place does not properly prepare you for field work and admin.
