      Pros

      It is very clear how you make commission and bonuses. There are variety of resources in the local market to support you, and management is very efficient and effective.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a struggle. You were also at the mercy of chefs and owners who may already have negative views of the company.

      Toxic workplace. Supervisors micromanage everything and office politics is what gets you lesser workload than others. They treat you like a number and if you prove you can do a good job, even during good times the company will lay people off then throw that work on you because you just showed them you can work like a dog. HR is not there for you at all, they are aggressive and they will make things up towards your next employers to try and sabotage you (funny thing is they never had written me up so my employer caught their lie) so, if you dont play nice they will try to ruin your life in the future. HR will also decline your calls if you want access to your defined contribution plan in the future. This company is too big and has all the worst qualities that come with it. They drag down small businesses. I personally have told friends, businesses and everyone to stay away.
