Pros

The company is going through a lot of great changes, which will open them up to several untouched markets, bringing more money for the company.

Cons

The changes taking place at Sysco are causing them to lose site of the employees needs. There is very little work life balance which is conducive to a healthy work environment.

Pros

Great Office culture, PTO is reasonable with comp, sick, etc. Flexible hours. Work life Balance is ok depending on the department. Some departments allow work from home

Cons

Lack of training, promotions, pay is not market value. Bonus structure is not great for associates, but instead for supervisors and upper management
