Making your own schedule Office time is minimal Relatively decent interior support

Cons

poor compensation versus weekly hours worked no auto assistance (fuel/mileage compensation) constant employee turnover technology takes precedence over selling skills emphasis on cloning sales employees for easy replacement implements new programs and technologies before their supporting infrastructure is complete
