      Pros

      I have worked with several large companies in my 20 year career and Sysco is by far my favorite. I am happy to work for a company that respects me as a professional and appreciates my work. Sysco is also big on developing their people and promoting internals which speaks volumes. The culture is non toxic and management treats employees respectfully.
